Great location for Heathrow T4 but just jump on the train transfer to other terminals which is what we did. Only reason I give a 4 is that I needed to get an extra 4 hours due to flight time change but couldn’t amend through the app so had to pay a full extra day on site. All in all a very good option.

Was a little tricky to find the space however the instructions and photo was helpful. The spaces are quite tight but it feels safe. No public transport from here to Terminal 4. Was happy overall

Parked my car here for 2 weeks, travelled from Heathrow with no issues. Uber/Bolt picked me up and took me to the tube with no delay. No code required to enter the car park so isn't secure, but the car park is off a dual carriageway so unlikely to have chancers passing by.

Did not have a space under ground or on the ground level of the multistorey car park as advertised when I arrived. Parked in a spot on the right side - just about managed to park in a single bay that was left that was further made narrow by a wrongly parked car in the next bay. Was initially worried if all will be fine when I came back and it was - so overall happy for the price.
