It is Shameful that I have to pay 20p when using the just park app I should be charged a lower rate for having the app not more! I really feel aggrieved particularly when I be cone here to register my mothers death!

My problem is your app. When I take the time to enter a vehicle registration number I do not see why the app defaults to my save registration number. I could have ended up with a parking fine even though I did enter a different registration number. Also how do you cancel an active booking? The app doesn't make this easy at all. A warning to all. Double check the registration is correct before paying.
Customer service is very slow to answer but once you get through is efficient and courteous.
