I was overcharged for my parking, I bought parking credits through you for my local council scheme but was charged the full daily rate, despite checking all the rules, to the new scheme before hand, I'm not impressed with the service so far and feel unable to park where I need to at the rate that was sold to me. So, I am left out of pocket and stressed out about future parking under this scheme.

Ridiculously expensive! £4.50 for 2 hours. Are they trying to drive people out of town centres?

The car park currently houses a huge temporary structure, presumably being built for Falmouth week (starting 4thAug 23). It covers almost half the car park, reducing available spaces and making it awkward to exit.

The space sizes are bit small for the modern car and if the person parked either side hasn't parked very well it makes it even tighter . The booking in advance is a great idea but as it's first come first serve in most car parks in our area I can't see how that's going to work .
