Car was parked in our allotted space. All credit to the company who tried to sort things, but we ended up finding a parking spot elsewhere and we were very lucky to do so.
I'm sure we were just unlucky on this occasion, but we don't like leaving things to chance. We will probably avoid this type of service in future.
