Parking on Well Oak Park, EX2

Absolutely perfect!

The environment is a modern housing estate, with narrow roads and many cars. The parking was a space in front of a house from the pavement; it is also used by the owners for their car and there’s an additional tiny area were a small car can be parked (see review below). The road in front of the parking is narrow and cars (plural) park directly in front of it, across a narrow road, which makes access to the parking restricted and difficult to navigate. The owner’s parked their car at an angle, meaning I had to park hard onto their hedge to give them room, in case they needed to get out while my car was parked. A netball net & pole is erected here as well, adding an additional obsticle to the navigate. It is not set up for the convenience of the rentee. Communication with owners was minimal, abrupt and, I felt, not intended to be helpful. I will not use again nor do I not recommend this parkng option.

Owner for the drive was quick to reply and was really prompt sending information id need. His drive was easy to park in and it was super close to st lukes campus where i needed to be at a great price! You saved me a lot of money in parking charges. Id defintely book again! Although if you are needing to use your car daily it would be a 15 min walk to campus and maybe 30 35 mins into city centre. Thanks again!
