The house is on the main road though Theydon Bois (Coppice Row) and the actual property (Lamorna) is facing the Village green, and situated between the two roads called Orchard Drive & Barn Mead. There are literally only 5 houses between these two streets. Very easy to find - the house name (Lamorna) is written on a wooden sign above the house door.
