Great price and a short 2 minute walk from the Travelodge hotel who charge double at £15 for a 24 hour stay

Good location, space easy to find when I paid attention to the description.. opposite a hand car wash (great people & great service) which was ideal as I was entertaining new clients so wanted my vehicle to be spotless.
A little debris potentially from other users left behind (pee bottle etc) all in all it helped my business on the day.
