City centre and good price. A bit tight to get in but would recommend.

This parking space was underground via a single car lift which did not work on exit. Stuck for hours in the basement. Nightmare situation. Other people in the area say it’s a common theme.

Easy communication and quick transfer, pickup and drop off

Great location, close to castle, bars and restaurants. Great quiet and secure car park, the only challenge we had was getting into and out of the lift. We have a Volvo XC 60 and was just fitting into the lift, so any bigger you won't be able to fit. Anything smaller you are fine! The challenge is getting the angle to turn into the lift from both the street and the car park for the street being quite narrow and wheely bins and barrels on the street obstructing, we've manage in a few goes with millimeters to spare. Also the pedestrian code we got given to access the car park didn't work.

The door to the garage was blocked by bins, and the lift is a very tight squeeze for a normal car- this should be made clear

The car lift is very small and it is very difficult to enter the lift. No spaces on the both sides. It is only good for small cars.

It was ridiculous. Door to a lift down small lane, blocked by bins and so almost impossible to get (small) car into lift. Then lift didn't move. Had to leave and didn't use parking space. Never again. Want refund.

Getting in and out of the car lift was tough! Larger cars would struggle to get in and out, especially as the turn is so close to the lift entrance/exit.
