Radisson Blu Edinburgh Car Park

Great location. Easy access, only issue was the after hours gate closing. Your website should inform people to access though the Radisson Blu Hotel rather than wasting their time going to the car park entrance and it being closed and then having to call and be told to go through the hotel. Once we knew this we used the same car park the next day and used the hotel to come in and out. Much easier.

Ho fatto buna prenotazione online con pagamento anticipato. Sono arrivato al parcheggio e la sbarra si è aperta automaticamente tutto perfetto, purtroppo al momento di uscire la sbarra non si è alzata, ho dovuto chiamare per poter uscire la cosa si è risolta in 5 minuti per fortuna avevo solo un auto dietro di me e mio figlio che sa bene l' inglese , altrimenti io sarei ancora in parcheggio. Con la prenotazione online dovrebbe essere il tutto più snello

Difficult process for overseas visitors - booked ahead and prepaid however due to being unable to get cellular connection the boom would not open and another payment had to be made via phone to open the boom - surely a better system (licence plate recognition) could be made ? Intent applying for a refund for the double payment

Everything worked exactly as planned and was extremely easy. It was close to the train station. Despite the recessed entrance and a construction fence, the online descriptions ensured I could find the entrance easily.

Everything worked well, except on the last exit was charged by the hotel too. Justpark said it was up to me to recover from the hotel, fortunately the hotel did reimburse me without any difficulty.
