Hard to find parking

It was the ease of finding my options with clear quotes and instructions with directions.

Affordable secure parking right in the middle of the old town, will definitely use again.

Easy to find with lots of spaces to park. The only difficulty was that it wasn’t really clear how to leave. The receptionist told me he would open the barrier for me but it meant having to wait at the barrier with cars behind me until I was let out!

Easy to navigate to the parking area and nice and centre of Edinburgh

Super easy to book and to park! Highly recommend.

I found the booking site difficult. So many entries were required. Having paid in advance, I wasn't sure when we arrived that we would be able to enter. The site had so many caveats about what wouldn't be allowed. In the event, it was simplicity itself when we arrived, everything worked like clockwork

I prepaid using Justpark When I arrived I followed the instructions and took a ticket Afterwards when I went to exit, it made me pay again in order to exit as if I had not prepaid. There was no way to validate the justpark ticket purchased. I used the open gate button in app and it said I was not close enough to the gate. A sign on the gate gave the instructions that applied to all users prepaid or not that led to the doublecharge. Either the instructions were unclear or the system was not setup right.
