I downloaded the app and made a booking for the Radisson Blu Hotel Edinburgh car park. The booking process was easy and the transaction confirmed by email.
Arrived at the location and the camera & system logged our car registration and opened the barrier.
No particular space is allocated to you when booking so we could park anywhere. All good so far...
However, when we left and approached the barrier, I tapped open barrier on the app and nothing happened. I backed up our car thinking the camera had failed to recognise our reg and tried again but still the barrier wouldn't open. As two cars were behind us I had to apologise to them and said I would contact the hotel reception on the intercom. They answered, and after some comment about our car not showing we'd approached the barrier (!?) it was activated by them and we left. Overall, not a great experience. I hope it's not a regular problem and makes me consider whether or not we'll use this service again.

App didn't work. Had to pay with card to get out and couldn't get a printed receipt to prove it.

We paid the money and turned on our location service ans instructed and when we went to leave the car park the barrier wouldn’t rise and we had to reverse back. Luckily there was a parking space available and no cars coming. I asked for help and was told to drive back to the barrier and they would lift it. No one answered immediately but finally we got out.

A good and easy parking and booking experience for me. Having paid earlier and providing car registration number, I particularly liked that the entrance and exit barriers were raised automatically.
