Good safe parking and location

All straight forward and as expected. Traffic difficult due to festival and spaces tight but all OK. Navigation from web slightly confused by ParkBee. Not clear if this is another app directing to same car park. Even with signage and street view care is required to avoid missing the entrance. Space tight but to be expected in the centre of Old Town.

Instructions clear, arrived at the car park and had to ring in to the hotel for access. Other than that, good experience.

Entry and exit to this car park is dreadful. Every single time I have used it there is an issue. Queued up for 30 mins at entry yesterday. Car park was full but there was no one to turn cars away who hadn't already booked. Even trying to leave is a hassle. There is no system for quickly recognising you have pre paid. You have to buzz for assistance at the barrier with cars queued behind you. Takes a couple of mins to be answered. That person then has to look up your order manually before the barrier is lifted. Something that should be so simple is turned into a stressful experience on every occasion.

Don't follow directions for hotel. Parking is down a 1 way street next to hotel that you can't go down. Car park shuts at 9pm and you need to scan a QR code to get out. There is no 4G signal in the car park so you need to download the code before you get back to your car
