Concept Aparthotel, Queen Street Car Park

DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! Really difficult almost impossible to get your car in. I actually couldn’t get my car into the underground parking lot. What makes it worse Just Park we’re not one bit interested. I ended up having to pay for on street parking. Save your money and do not book. I have a small car and it couldn’t fit. Almost scraped it trying to get it out after 2 failed attempts to access the space.

The car park was so small and tight and too many people were let in so someone parked not in a car space and just parked behind two other cars, it was nearly impossible to get out of the carpark because of this. We booked the park in til 7am- got there at 6:45 to leave and wasn’t able to get the car out of the car park until 7:15. We had to inch back and worth for half an hour and even then we still scraped our hire car. If this person wasn’t let in and didn’t park in the middle of the park this would have been a totally different experience.

this was my first time using the website and I am most amazed to find the carpark space so cheap in Edinburgh. Amazing!

No code given to access gate Directions were terrible. It took me so long to access the parking spot that I missed my tour bus.

The price was excellent and very fair compared to other city car parks. The address can be a bit confusing, as the location takes you to the front of the building where there is no actual parking. You need to drive around to the back of the same building (where the postcode leads) to access the car park. Entering the parking area is a bit tricky and requires some driving skill, but it’s definitely manageable. The staff were very friendly and helpful thank you

Very difficult to locate the car park, spent so much time and petrol trying to find it and consequently lost my restaurant allocation. The space was too tight to get car in. There was a metal shutter so couldn’t get in and so had to reverse out of a tight one way street - very dangerous and stressful. I would appreciate a full refund.

The postcode they say to use doesn't take you to the car park, extremely difficult to find and when I did it was too late to make it to my first venue. It's very tight windy ramp down to the car park which was locked, had to walk back up to ring a buzzer which took a long time to be answered. Door was opened eventually and I got in but felt uncomfortable with the location especially about walking back there in the dark as a lone female and worried about the door actually being opened given how long it had taken on arrival. I decided to leave and book parking elsewhere rather than take any risks, trusted my gut instinct.

When we have booked and got confirmation we were not issued any pin code. When we have arrived there were two huge rubbish bins outside entrance so we did not see the diaphone. We have called the number on the website, automated line sent us a pin code which did not work. We have called again, same thing. We have called the diaphone and someone opened the door finally. There should be clear instructions towards what to do at the entrance. We were almost giving up. It is rather expensive since anyone can park free between 6:30 pm and 8:30 am anywhere. The place can accommodate maximum 6 cars and it is very very tight.
