When we booked the parking, we called to let the representative know we were not yet able to enter a license plate, since it was a rental car. After picking up the car, we called several times to enter the license plate, but no one answered. Eventually we went to the parking garage, the attendant tried the QR code, but couldn't get it to work. So he let us in, and entered the license plate into his computer. Even so, the barrier never opened automatically, we always had to use the intercom, give the license plate, and have them open it. Then as we were leaving for the final time, it magically opened!!

Just a little difficult to find a place to park. Is it not possible for a place to be reserved and instructions given with booking confirmation?

The process was extremely easy. Having the gate to the parking garage open automatically was great. I don’t recall reading that the QR code was to enter back into the garage, so I’m glad I took a screenshot of it.

Booked on line so that entry and exit were by number plate recognition. This worked really well with minimal delay. Car park was clean and well marked out. Slightly sneaky admin fee appeared on the pay screen; I would have preferred that to be clearly shown at the quotation stage.
