It is a very quiet road on a new build estate with 1 minute walk to tram stop at Ocean Terminal. We have diligent neighbours who alert us to any disturbances. I also work from home and park next to the available space, so would likely keep an eye on the vehicle while you were parked.

Great idea of being able to park someone’s home you car at a very reasonable price.
All the indications are very easy, one thing I want to point is that the distance isn’t indicated correctly. Shows you the time by foot but that time indicated is by car.

Turned up and car was in space already. Tried to phone owner of space and got no answer. Be wary of booking this space chances are you'll not get it.
