Very convenient for centre of Durham, and also an easy walk from Maiden Castle sports ground. Tucked away in Hotel Car Park, felt very secure and safe

First time using this system, booking great, hardest part was finding the hotel reception to let them know we'd arrived. parking space very tight but manageable. wasn't sure if you're supposed to let them know we were leaving but didn't go back to reception just drove off. really good system and will definitely use again, just need to get used to what you're supposed to do when you arrive somewhere- especially as the Just park spaces were all taken

You pay 25% more but you get a guaranteed safe allocated space in the city centre. Takes all the stress away so well worth it in my opinion
