When I arrived there was several piles of broken glass. When I returned I found my car had been collected by police as it was one of 2 that had been broken into overnight. I will not be parking here again and would recommend others avoid.

Broken glass from car windows all over and a car had just been broken into, hazard lights on, broken drivers window and a brick near the drivers door. Not safe at all.

Following a change of train times i attempted to change my booking. This process was extremely frustrating and i spent over two hours trying to resolve. It wasn't until the next day that i could extend my parking to which I've over paid now in hopes of avoiding a charge (Essentially back paying). As instructed by your automated customer service line i called after 9am this morning and was on hold for over 10 minutes to which no one answered the call or gave indication of how long i would be on hold. This lack of support led to a souring of my business trip and i'll think twice before using your services again.

On pulling in to the carpark I noticed a vehicle with the hazards on. On closer inspection I could see it had had its passenger window smashed, there was a brick on the floor. I took a video of every parking space in the car park and found piles of shattered window glass in 4 other spots. I did not feel safe leaving my car and will not use it in future.
