Payment kiosk was out of order and caused me 15 mins delay.

payment machine does not work, but we supposed to pay when we leave. i have no idea of my exact arrival time but i think im within the 2 hours free parking time frame, but the application does not allow the 2 hrs free parking.

Kiosk out of action. two small children in car belted. Closest would have been a kiosk at another car park a very long walk away. No internet signal so couldn't get the app. Urgent doctors appointment to get to for my young child. Very stressful.
