The space is big enough to fit large vans and minibuses. Two spaces are available with ample room to fit both cars. Either park straight infront of the gate OR to the right handside near the grass (please see photos as an example). Please be considerate of other guests visiting and don’t take up both parking spaces, this may result in you getting blocked in whilst the other booking is away from their vehicle.
Location is a 2 minute walk to the Royal Derby Hospital (not 8 minutes which is auto generated on the booking site). Also has very easy access to the A38, A52 and the M1. There is CCTV surrounding the property and a security light to ensure you can make your way safely to your car if you are in the area after dark.
