Hi! I am renting out my drive, which is based on Citypoint in Derby. The location is a short 12-15 minutes walk to the ipro stadium (Derby County Football ground) The Velodrome is situated next to the football ground and is the same distance so great if you're going there for an event.
Match days are madness around here as parking is in high demand, being so close to the stadiums. Also there are harsh parking restrictions now. My driveway is off road, and in a close knit community, in a cul-de-sac. Your car is in safe hands, as we are a neighbourhood watch area! Lots of pubs in the area for food, and the drive backs onto lovely alvaston park. This is a great location too for week day workers within Rolls Royce, as Raynesway is a short 20 - 25 minute walk away!
