Our parking space is in a private car park area secured by CCTV. It is literally 2 minutes walk to East Croydon Station which has fantastic connections into London Bridge, London Waterloo, London Victoria, London Blackfriars, London Kings Cross and St Pancras, Gatwick Airport and the South Coast to name a few. The parking space is in a peaceful residential estate where professionals or families reside.
It's a 3-minute walk from the Croydon Crown Court and 5 minutes from the Magistrates and Family Court. It's a 4-minute walk from tram stops and ten minutes to Central Croydon. It's also very close (5-minute walk) to the BoxPark. You really couldn't beat this space for proximity to amenities!
