The space was not vacant when I arrived at 4 as the previous occupant had not left at 3.45. I had to ring the owner & wait for some time & missed my train( not the owners fault)

Do not use this space. For the risk involved, its not worth parking here. Missed my train to work, trying to REARRANGE THEIR BINS so my car could fit. Called to tell the space owner only for her to tell me she lives abroad and won't ask tenants to leave the space empty. Also told me to move the 3 bins if its an issue. She was so non-chalant and unapologetic.
Came back after work and my car was blocked in on the drive. Just about made it by driving down the sidewalk so I could get out. Please also note, residents are legally allowed to park in front of that drive so not sure how or why she's put up the space for hire.
DO NOT PARK HERE. It may work out, it may not. Not worth the risk
