Perfect experience from start to finish. The parking spot was secure and the location was ideal for where I needed to be. A big thank you to the host—she was so kind and welcoming. It made everything so easy! I'll be back for sure.

All good about the parking, but there seems to be "Special rate conditions apply re transfers".
Apparently its mandatory to use the owner's transport to airport which they will charge additional approx. £17(at the time) because of this special rate condition.

Hard to find the address, parking place very crowded ( around 20 cars parked in front of the house, business ££££ easily few k/month).
They can drop you near the airport (5 min walking with all your stuff….) and they promise to pick you up but not answer anymore (it happens for me in this morning 4 am)
Also the price is different from what they say at the phone with few £

Salina was very helpful and responsive with comms and ready for us as soon as we arrived and put cases into the car.
It was a very short journey to the airport and easy drop-off and the same on return.
All in all, very easy, lovely lady, would definitely use again for Gatwick travel
