Parking on Radford Road, RH10

Parking the car was fine, the place is about 15 mins by cab from Gatwick, what was annoying though is that the car keys were not found in the keybox as mentioned by the space owner, had to wait out and call him repeatedly at 2 am to get the keys so we could take our car. Particularly after confirming with him during the day ahead of the scheduled pick up time, not something I would want to experience in the middle of the night again.

great parking, the owners are very friendly and helpful. Car was safe and was a close to the airport which was perfect. Easy to contact and very happy to help, highly recommend and would park again here

Although the parking space is very convenient for Gatwick. Easy to find. Easy to use. On our return, we were advised that the key would be in a keylock safe and was given the code. When we got to the destination, the key safe was empty, so I had to call the owner at 3:30 am to try and get my key back. Turns out he left it in another vehicle. Not impressed. He continually apologised, which was nice but didn't help after a long flight with no sleep. I won't be using this drive again.

Excellent service and communication. The parking is very safe and secure. We unfortunately missed our flight as we was not fit to fly, but the owner showed true kindness — she did not charge us for those extra days and even contacted me to say, “Please focus on health, we will take care of your car.” This kind of humanity is very rare in today’s world. Inshallah, may Allah reward her and her family for their generosity. It’s not about money, it’s about compassion. I definitely recommend this place to everyone

The car park was full with no available spaces, so I had to leave my key, which was uncomfortable. I was informed that they would move my car during my holiday, but it still felt unsettling—I wasn’t sure if my car would still be there when I returned.

Very handy location , friendly, safe

Very large driveway in what appears to be a very safe neighbourhood. We felt very comfortable leaving our car here. We ordered Uber drivers who on picking up and dropping off were able to drive directly onto the driveway to retrieve our luggage making the whole process very easy and a lot cheaper than traditional airport parking. Driveway owner was on hand via WhatsApp to exchange info and dropping off the key was very easy just remember to put it through the far right door letterbox. A tip if using Uber for return from the north terminal - walk to the Premier inn and get picked up from there it was a lot easier.

Absolutely amazing. Felt safe leaving our car for 2 weeks. The owner of the space kept in contact and was easy to get in touch with if needed. Will definitely use them again and recommend. Thank you

Great parking space so close to the airport and well managed by the hosts. Highly recommended! Even know we got back late at an awkward time, the owner had the key ready and car nicely positioned for an easy & smooth exit. Thank you!

cannot recommend enough. the owners were amazing, communication the whole time. the car never left the space just moved around where needed. I was late back to the space due to delayed flight but they made me feel very comfortable that it wasn't a problem and we sorted it out with no issues. 10/10 will use again
