great communication and service

Great communication, flight delayed (overnight) and again great communication. Only a couple of miles from airport, so quick transfer. Area felt nice and secure. If flying from Gatwick Airport would def use again.

Used this space for a 8 day trip, easy to find, the owner was friendly and provided me more information and which space to use, which he has marked out using coloured tape. The whole process was stress free and I took a bus to the airport as we only had a carry on bag. On our return we had a delay for 4 hours, he was understanding and put our mind at ease that it’s okay and it happens and he didn’t charge us more. Will definitely use his car space again in the future when visiting Gatwick airport! Thanks so much for your hospitality and clean/clear safe driveway

Safe location, no need to leave key with owner. On return, car was still safe with no damages. Easy to find location. Helpful owner - provided local taxi numbers. Cost to and back from airport by local taxi apprx £32 (both ways). Will surely park here again.

Owner made contact the day before arrival to give exact details and information about space. Once parked, we walked down to the local bus stop and took a bus to Gatwick (£7 for 2 adults and 2 children). Couldn't fault the experience and was a breeze. Many thanks.
