I booked the car park until 11pm but the car park closed at 8pm. They did not let me know so I had to get a taxi home and a taxi back with no refund or acknowledgment. Do not book if parking after 8pm

Turned up, gates were locked and nobody about. Luckily restaurant next door allowed us to parked but of course had to pay again.
