Anpr cameras didn’t work and we had to call to get in and out of the car park…. Wasted 30 minutes doing this (15mins to enter and 15 to exit!) very disappointing

Not happy. Gate did not recognise my number plate on arrival and no staff on duty to help me. Ended up taking a ticket and paying again

The ANPR didn't work so had to pay twice. Once on JustPark and once at the car park. Rubbish!!!

Would not recommend at all using this app you charged my £3.50 and when arrive it didn't recognize my car reg and the help button didn't work so ended up getting normal ticket and when I returned the space only cost £2.50. My friend used this app and it worked fine for her but you charged her £9.50.

Prepaid a ticket but the gates wouldn't open for us. Phoned for assistance but they hung up and didn't answer again. Ended up paying for another ticket. Not happy
