This isn't a privately owned parking space as I thought, this is a public parking spot outside of the property and is free to park for up to two hours for anyone before 6pm, I got absolutely ripped off, not happy

On getting there for 7am there was a car in the space I had booked, after waking up the owner, who profusely apologised he had forgot I had booked as usually the space is booked weekends, and I was for Weds, so put me behind for 7 mins while car was moved and I parked, I still managed to catch my coach, perhaps just park need to remind owners the night before about there bookings

My parents have lost some independence recently, meaning they only feel comfortable driving short distances.
They have not given up, they are holidaying but on coach trips. The local cab firms would not bring them to Clacton @ 06:45 so this service enabled their holiday and independance.
The provider was polite, accomodating and understanding. I am delighted with the outcome.

Excellent parking space for us. We did not ask for a extension on our return time but was charged for extra which We found unreasonable. We moved our car at 10pm due to myself not feeling well. Why was we charged for extra time???
