I've booked this spot on two occasions. The first was excellent and the second I arrived to find the owners car in the space. It was early morning so I didn't feel comfortable knowing on doors - and I needed to dash to catch my train.
After a number of days and support emails, I finally received a refund, but it wasn't worth all the added stress.
