We arrived at the booked address. There was a padlock on the driveway. I spoke with the owner who's details I was sent when I booked the parking place, she said that she didn't have the key for the padlock and we could NOT park there. This caused unnecessary worry and stress. We were parking there to catch the train into London. I had booked and paid for a space and there were unable to park our vehicle there! **PLEASE AVOID**
