automatic entry level barriers did not open for my car when I drove in, tried without success to scan the code; and was stuck there for almost 10 minutes. No instructions on the station what to do in this case. Eventually some one form the company came to help, no apologies was offered, and just stated that the scan device does not work properly sometimes. After checking my car details I got access. Same thing happened again on exit, barriers not working, scanner not working and the the same man helped with exit after 10 minutes wait. All this lost time was not accounted for, which left me only to decide never use this company parking again.

Number plate recognised at entrance and exit. No fuss

With three days notice, I tried to change the vehicle registered to park but sadly JustPark wouldn’t allow me to do that. It also stated that cancellation would not result in a refund. So, sadly I had to arrange parking elsewhere and paid again. Disappointing customer service.

The road was closed to the parking and signs said the entire thing was full. Had to pay to park somewhere else. Will definitely not be using this again.
