tried paying by phone but recorded .estate said there was issue with the system

mobile reception to pay was really bad. I had to pay for 3 vehicles on my app as the other drivers could not get it to work at all. there was a big delay between payment being submitted and getting confirmation so it was very confusing to check if all three payments for the 3 cars had gone through.
