St Catherine's Walk Car Park

It was all good, but it would have been nicer to have more information on how things worked

This is so much cheaper than paying on the day - however you need to be patient and not worry about holding up leaving traffic - it took a good couple of minutes for the buzzer to be answered in order to be able to read out the receipt nos to get let out.

The parking space was easy to find, there was space for my vehicle and the location seemed safe but there was no indication as to how I could communicate my JustPark pre-payment on departure meaning I had to pay locally for my parking so ended up paying double for the space. Very frustrating.

It's a car park i always use so to park here at more than half the price was brilliant. Would have cost 6.50 but got it for 2.60. Easy as well when leaving. Just press button at barrier and tell them your ref code which was on my email. Will definitely use this again.

Parking was good getting out took a bit longer. You don't use the pay machines you use the assist button on the exit gate and say your ref number then your out.

Excellent clean car park

Parking was good but not enough information about how to exit at the barrier. You cannot see the assist button on the barrier card machine to press. Had to get out the car to press it. Would be better to have facility to enter code at card machine exit that others use to pay. Apart from that issue it was great and would use again now I know what to do.

Always plenty of space and a fraction of the cost

Upon leaving the multi storey car park, we sat waiting at the barrier for 15 mins pressing the buzzer for someone to let us out. No one answered and we were forced to pay the full fee at the machine. Cancelled the whole point of pre booking and using the app!!! Awful!!
