Found space ok. Does pre-booking guarantee you a space? I cant see how this works as any number of people can just roll up and park without prebooking. It could potentially be full even if you have prepaid. Also I was disappointed to find out that I paid MORE by booking with JustParkthan if I had simply paid direct on arrival.

I booked online prior to journey to Carlisle, it was easy to use & saved going through it all on day of parking. There are signs pointing the way from Water St carpark to the station but they need extra one at final part, as sign points to locked metal door. Luckily a worker came by & pointed to a door to right further along that gives access to station, thats not obvious
