Parking on Rome Street, CA2

The actual parking was brilliant. Secure, and the owner was friendly polite and helpful. The negative is in no way aimed at the owner, more at the information provided by just park for this particular location. (have used just park elsewhere with no issues). The information given is parking at Soccerworld, Rome Street Carlisle. I was asked to text my reg no. to a mobile number prior to arrival, which I did. So drove almost 300 miles, found Soccerworld and parked up. Thank goodness I didn't just leave car and go. Thought would pop into the building just to say had arrived and to say thanks. The owner of soccer world had never heard of Justpark and got a little incensed that some company was renting out his private car park, and told me I wasn't welcome to leave my car there. Managed to contact Justpark, and waited for slow text replies to my query. Their eventual answer was to phone the telephone number I had been told to text my reg number to. A lovely gentleman answered. Turned out the parking was in a business property next to Soccerworld and had nothing to do with Soccerworld at all. This info was not referred to in the booking confirmation. Long story short, parked in the correct place and car was safely ensconced until my return. However it would be nice to be told the actual location and name of the business, rather than giving soccerworld as the actual parking location. Hassle but all worked out in the end, and as I say the chap who actually offers the spaces was lovely and very helpful.
