Parking on The Parade, CF24

We arrived a car park to no available space I contacted owner and went straight to answer machine. Contracted emergency number explained to them and tell them I had to park in a different space that was not named on the receipt . We was going to a concert and was very worried the whole time i was there incase i got ticketed . Will not be using again

Parking space that I had booked and paid for was already taken by another vehicle and I didn't want to block any other cars in. Tried to contact owner and phone was switched off. Won't be booking again, especially when I managed to park 2 seconds down the road for 1/2 the price.

Excellent and so easy to find. Thank you. Will definitely use it again in the future

Someone was there and guided me into the space

Corner space so tight squeeze especially if the space next door goes over. Also there were spaces behind and unfortunately took a lot of effort and about a 100 point turn to get out where I had been blocked in

The instructions were clear on where to find the parking space. However on leaving a vehicle was parked opposite ( not in a bay) making it very challenging to get out. This ruined the experience as when rushing to get to my next destination I then had to navigate a poorly parked vehicle

Terrible parking experience will never use again. The directions sent me to the wrong road and when I arrived the spaces were all taken. The mobile number provided wasn't in use. We were going to a concert so just had to leave our car elsewhere and take our chances

1 star as we arrived to find the space was very tight to get into and just as we parked another car came and said we were parked in their space, we rang the number but nobody answered and had to sort out between the other booked customer!! We felt very nervous and worried about it spoiling our day out to see Taylor Swift. A refund would be welcome
