Very handy for parking at the principality stadium

Gates were left locked so we couldn't get in, tried phoning the owner of the space and they didn't pick up so had to find a different space elsewhere

Parking space that I had booked and paid for was already taken by other vehicles and I didn't want to block any other cars in. Tried to contact owner and no reply. Spoke to a ring bell on building and they said oh it might be someone here otherwise you will just have to get a refund wait a moment - they then didnt come back and I had to park elsewhere for double the cost and walk much further in the dark at 11pm through cardiff. JustPark should remove this rent space. If you are reading this my recommendation is DONT USE IT!!!!

We arrived a car park to no available space I contacted owner and went straight to answer machine. Contracted emergency number explained to them and tell them I had to park in a different space that was not named on the receipt . We was going to a concert and was very worried the whole time i was there incase i got ticketed . Will not be using again

Parking space that I had booked and paid for was already taken by another vehicle and I didn't want to block any other cars in. Tried to contact owner and phone was switched off. Won't be booking again, especially when I managed to park 2 seconds down the road for 1/2 the price.

Corner space so tight squeeze especially if the space next door goes over.
Also there were spaces behind and unfortunately took a lot of effort and about a 100 point turn to get out where I had been blocked in

The instructions were clear on where to find the parking space. However on leaving a vehicle was parked opposite ( not in a bay) making it very challenging to get out. This ruined the experience as when rushing to get to my next destination I then had to navigate a poorly parked vehicle
