Leonardo Hotel Cardiff

The barrier does not accept the the pin on way out, twice I have had this problem. 1st time I had to ring company and they remotely opened barrier. 2nd time I had to go into hotel and ask them to lift barrier. The hotel are very reluctant to help and lift barrier as not a hotel guest. This needs sorting out

Easy access in, barrier opened on entry, but got stuck for 10 mins at barrier upon exit cos the pin didn't work !! Tried ringing number but no answer !! Barrier finally raised to let us out but as I said took 10 mins ,could have caused massive disruption to other users if people were trying to enter/exit at same time

Couldn't get out of car park. Went into hotel to ask about exit and the receptionist was most unhelpful even after I showed her the booking on the app she wanted proof that I'd paid. Didn't print out receipt so had to search through messages and emails from yourself. Won't be parking there again!!!!

Parking is in a good location and seemed secure. However the code to exit the car park didn't work and we had to ring the hotel to let us out. The car in front of us seemed to have a similar issue as we had to wait 10mins for them to be let out first.

Arriving was a hassle, the barrier wouldn’t open and the buzzer did nothing, there was no option for a code. We had to wait for a resident to let us in which was causing queues. Leaving was just as bad, the code in the email was wrong, so again someone else had to open the barrier. Frustrating and embarrassing from start to finish. The space itself is excellent and the location ideal, but the entry/exit system desperately needs fixing.

Easy to locate amazing location for the new theatre! Easy to access and exit no issues with getting in or out

I would not book again. Could have been fine except they rent out more spaces than available. No spaces free when i arrived. Had to wait until someone left - hotel said it is first come first so hotel guests can be left without as well. This is not how the system should work.

A reasonable price for city centre parking, but the satnav took us to the street behind the car park, so I had to enter the name of the hotel to find it, which was probably more the fault of the car’s satnav. Even so, it was quite difficult to see the entrance to the car park, which was a little cramped for space. Overall, though, a good choice.
