Leonardo Hotel Cardiff

easy to book - took a while to find open barrier option on App and it didn't work, neither did the alternative pin number work at the Leonardo Hotel Cardiff - Post Code given did not take me direct to hotel and possible changes in road access made it difficult to find.however was allowed in by pressing intercom button and out by similar action and/or repeated using pin at least 5 times, spontaneous release of barrier. Pricing and map locations when booking easy to follow and informative - NO site id given for Leonardo Hotel in confirmation email

The reservation process was pretty easy. All the info was on the e-mail on how to enter and exit the car park. Parking process was easy.

Simple to book. Good rates. Ideal location.

The exit keypad did not work requiring a call to the hotel. The barrier was opened but there was no communication from the hotel. That was poor.

Terrible experience. Found the car park but absolutely no spaces!!! Phoned the hotel who claim to have no control over numbers....! they just referred me to JustPark, phoned justpark, waited 2x 6minutes at which point they hang up on you, no one answers. After the 15 minutes I was scrambling for phone numbers and waiting on hold someone left freeing up a space. I was already late but didnt know my way around the city to find another space. Not great experience

After a recent previous nightmare of a parking experience in the city centre some months ago, where the machine and website did not work properly and robbed me of money, I wanted to secure a parking space without having to stress about a) if a space would be free, on a day that was to be stressful already without that, and b) if the parking machine was going to actually work. I booked and pre-paid for a space on JustPark the day before and it couldn’t have been easier. The instructions were very clear, the price extremely reasonable and I breezed in and out of that car parking area with no hassle whatsoever. A great online site. Thank you JustPark.

Able to change our time for parking, very helpful guy on the phone and sorted quickly. Best of all, perfect location.

Cheap, safe, and easy to book

Nice to have a worry free parking space ready for us so no stress. Plenty of spaces available . It does not work with post code on sat nav though so best to put the hotel name in.

App was easy to use, and so straight forward, I'm a technophobe and hate using apps but this was GREAT, and so close to where I wanted to go, will definitely be using the app again.
