So many no entries and one ways in Cardiff I couldn't find the car park. When I got close my sat nav told me to go down a bus and taxi only street.. in the end I paid to stay in another car park

The car park entrance and exit procedure were fine, as was the booking experience. However, the JustPark-supplied link to the location via Google Maps was horrifically incorrect. Led me to a totally different area of town. Ended up downloading Waze Satnav to get the correct directions. The JustPark-supplied link cost me 90 minutes of queuing and frustration. Very, very disappointing and remarkably frustrating.

Was a nightmare to find, didn't see any signs. Even sat nav was rubbish, parked somewhere else.

Entered postcode given into sat nav, directed us to a dead end. It then took us half an hour to finally find the entrance

I did not like the fact that in order to leave the parking place I needed to call the parking assistant and to tell them my ID number which is not coming up on the JustPark app and I needed to look for it in the emails. If I new, I would have parked somewhere else.
