Our trip to the biggest rugby game of our season. Wales vs. England in the 6 Nation Championship. We had a very smooth drive from home to Cardiff and were looking forward to a highlight of our year.
And then we tried to park. Booked on 25th September 2024, we thought it was a given, that our planned day was going to be just as we had organised. How wrong could we have been?

Car Park at Mercure Cardiff Holland House Car Park,
24 Newport Road, Cardiff, CF24 0DD
Car Park FULL!
Called Customer Support – 020 3318 9792 and spoke to Gavin Mark (in South Africa!!).
Told ‘nothing they could do except offer a refund and £5 off next booking’.
Gavin then phone took a few minutes to find another car park ‘nearby’ that we could use instead. So, we booked it.

Car Park at Maindy Road Car Park

This Car Park does NOT exist!
The postcode (CF24 3AT) is for a ‘Richmond Road’ in Cardiff.
Maindy Road has postcodes starting with CF24 4 and only has a car park for a Lidl store.
Either Way the distance to these two locations was prohibitive to walk.
By now we’re running extremely late. Had to check-in to our hotel whilst illegally parked, then found the nearest NCP and parked there. Without time for anything to eat or drink, we made it to our seats with minutes to spare.
We had factored in plenty of time to take a leisurely walk to the stadium, including lunch. However, because of mismanagement and false information, we wasted all our spare time, finding somewhere to park. All down to JUSTPARK!
You advertise using slogans like:
• You’re now a part of the UK’s biggest parking community. So?
• Just turn up, park & get on with your day. Enjoy! We tried our best! You didn’t!
• Ahh, that’s parking sorted

No space available when I arrived....no answer when I phoned for help. I ended up racing around the city looking for an alternative parking spot. I will never use this firm again and will be strenuously seeking compensation

Postcode did not match location

postcode took me 10 minutes away - ended up being late for my appointment. Location very poorly explained and confusing. Not happy.

Very good car park itself but the location of the car park as indicated by the postcode was about 6 minutes away by car than the location as indicated by the button within the JustPark App that directs you to the space. I used the postcode hence the 3* rating - had to drive through the rugby traffic and then walk further (in the rain) than anticipated, as I chose based off postcode...
So to be clear - don't go off the postcode, use the 'find my space' button within the app to direct yourself there via Apple / Google Maps.

Photo is of entrance. Drive through, turn right, drive past another 8 or so bays and then as if by magic..... on the right parking for about 40+ cars. Why description of location is so poor is a mystery.

I could not in your booked space! All parking spaces were occupied by other vehicles! I was made late for event by having to find alternative parking. I want a refund.

Was told it was a 22 min walk so booked it thinking that's pretty good it's more like 35mins .
