directions on listing were inaccurate due to roadworks - ended up 30 mins late

The 'directions to this space' on the email I received took me to the wrong place! It took me to the John Lewis car park in Cardiff and not the Marriott hotel one. I had to pay to get out of the John Lewis one as it has a ticket barrier. The Marriott hotel Just Park on the third floor is open air and the car park lifts were not working - 3 flights of stairs with luggage is not ideal.

A bit difficult to find and at to use a bus lane to get there (following my satnav. So hope i don't get a fine, but car park itself was good.
