The entrance was a little obscured (what3words ///employ.closet.edge) but plenty of space, well lit and just over the road from the north entrance to the castle.

The carpark was closed!! We had to find alternative parking and didn't get into the venue until 20:25.

On departure the car park was closed blocked and could not get out. We had to call and get someone to open. It's fine but that ought to be explained. Good location and all rest good experience

No clear signage, wasn't sure if it was the correct car park as there are lots of similar buildings with car parking and no signs. Had to pay for parking again on arrival, as wasn't comfortable it was the right place or how it worked. The site notice board only advertised parking through RingGo and nothing about pre booking.

Easy to find, near our venue, plenty of room, able to come and go and know the space was still available when we returned. Didn’t have to wait for a taxi at the end of the evening as car was nearby

Just park was very easy to use, however the car park wasn’t clearly sign posted so once we were at the property it wasn’t clear to know if we were in the correct place. We booked Bute building in cardiff and there were numerous signs up about payment price and fines but none of them clearly showed the car park was called Bute building. There was another person parking at the same time who had a similar problem. Luckily the third person who arrived as we did confirmed we were in the correct place.

Need better signage, couldn’t see the name of the car park anywhere. I wasn’t sure if I was in the correct car park and as I hadn’t been to Cardiff before, being new to the area, somewhat confusing
