Bute Building Car Park

I had a parking ticket !!!!

Didn't realise I could book a parking place like this. So easy to do and a competitive price.

Excellent location for Cardiff Castle, plenty of available spaces. Could do with slightly more detailed instructions on the exact location of the car park, or at least a warning that the booked parking doesn't cover the street parking outside the front of Bute House.

Excellent parking.made it really easy for access to the gig.

Parking wasn’t even available; car park was coned off for another event with no access, no explanation, nobody to speak to.

Excellent location and parking lot for the venue we were visiting (Principality Stadium) and perfect for a quick exit. The only negative was the “argument” we had with the parking steward because we didn’t appear on his list of authorised vehicles…

I booked my parking space on 1 September 2024. When I turned up yesterday I was told I wasn’t on the list. I had my confirmation of the booking and the person on the gate then allowed me to park. She was very helpful. I don’t know what I would have done without her help. Disappointing that I may not have been able to park especially on a very busy day in Cardiff.

Parking was close to the event, getting out at the end of the gig was a pain in the arse but it was the same for everyone, so can't knock them for that

The city centre was extremely busy so it was great to be able to drive to a place where I was guaranteed a space. Easy to find.

The parking directions are poor. If you look at google maps, the carpark is the one next to Bute Library.
