Very tight car park. Difficult to park in when there are large cars or vans opposite. The space was already was taken on return from a trip out so had to call JustPark to cancel booking.

The space is very difficult to get into especially if you need to park in the area nearest the bins. It was impossible to get into the one space available when I arrived without hitting another vehicle. I had to wait until someone returned for their car.

There was no space for me to park when I arrived which was well after the time I'd booked and paid for. Will be wanting a refund. Would not trust Just Park for any future booking. This was for a theatre trip and left us last minute looking for alternative parking and running to try and get to the theatre on time! Very annoying.

Easy to find and right in the middle of Canterbury. We used it as parking to go to the Marlowe Theatre and it was perfect - a 3 minute walk. Will definitely use again if going to Canterbury
