Parking on Thoday Street, CB1

I did not park my Auto there. I have not booked this parking spot. I have booked 1 Gwydir Street. However, I was not able to park there. Your service changed the booking to this parking spot. Unfortunately it is too far away from the city Centre and it did kot fulfill my request.

The parking space was exactly what I needed. Thoday Street was perfect for me and the parking space was safe and easily accessible. I'd definitely use this space again on my visits to Cambridge.

Directions completely wrong, could park in space. No option for refund

Although the address mentioned was correct, 161 Thoday Street, the map button took us to a wrong space further down Thoday street, which we had to drive through 2 times to figure out as it was a one-way street. Should've followed the actual typed address in the instructions instead of following the map location the app sent us to.
