The car space (well actually their are 2 of 'em, when available) is next to a wall - the other side of which is the railway station car park(!), the access to which takes 2 minutes.
The Ibis hotel is there, and a selection of shops too.
The center of Cambridge is just a leisurely walk away, or in front of the railway station is a bus interchange and a taxi rank if you'd rather not!
There are 2 parking spaces available. Please note that the space in front of my kitchen (see photos) is a slighly narrower than the other one! (My neighbour has marked where my space ends and where his starts!) It's exactly 2.06 metres - of wheel-to-wheel, it sounds fine, but that doesn't account for wing mirrors or door open space!

Perfect location for the train station and botanic gardens. We parked here with our accommodation a 10-15 minute walk closer to the city centre. Due to being right at the end of road it felt extremely safe. My car is rather wide as well as long so had to park in the furthest bay but there was ample room in that space. Great location, so close to a busy area.

Great description so was super easy to find and well located. Unfortunately despite booking first there was already another car in the larger space, and the neighbour had encroached on the line meaning that it was incredibly difficult to park my very small car (Mazda 2), anything larger and it wouldn't have been possible to get parked. In fairness to the space owner they do indicate that the space is narrow, and they can't control the neighbours parking, but the solution to 'park in the other space' wasn't available so I wouldn't book again.

Easy to find and park. Getting to the station is easy: just go round the block by keeping on turning right until you then go through the station car park
