It's 2 minutes walk to Hills Road, 1 MINUTE WALK TO THE NEW CAMBRIDGE ASSESSMENT TRIANGLE BUILDING, 7 minutes walk to the train station or botanical gardens. Around 15-20 minutes walk to Cambridge city centre.
