Arrived at the space which actually isn't a proper driveway, it's just a section of driveway which our car wouldn't fit on. There was a closed gate which could have been where we were supposed to park but the parking instructions clearly stated that the space would be ready to go into and we wouldn't need to do anything. We did arrive later to our space than I specified for the arrival time but the Just Park app assures you that your space should be available at any arrival time. We were running late so didn't have time to look into it further as we saw a free space on the street just up the road.
