Parking on Davis Street, CF24

We used this space to park for a concert at the Utilita Arena and it was absolutely perfect. The owner was friendly in messages, the space fit my car well. It was easy to find and in a safe area. It was a short 5 minute walk to & from the arena, and we were able to head back to the M4 straight away., no queueing! I would definitely use this space again in the future - thank you!

My only comment is that the Google street view shows no 9 as the address although the photo is actually no 15.

First time using Just Park very pleased with the service. Excellent location for city centre and Utilia arena, easy to find , plenty of space on drive, well lit at night felt safe walking back to my car. Great find good communication and would definitely recommend and use again - excellent !

Parked from Saturday lunchtime till Monday lunchtime no problems.

What an amazing find this was! Didn't have any need to contact the owner, the space was easy to find and absolutely plenty of room. Can't get over how close to town it was. We've already got a booking again at the end of the year for a concert. Thank you!

Found the space but did not feel comfortable in leaving my car there as the property was run down looking at a sign opposite warned motorists that car thieves operate in this area. I did not feel comfortable with parking on the shared drive so decided not to use this space. I have a large car and despite the description saying it fits a large car, the parking space is a shared drive with neighbours and there was very little room for their vehicle making it too small. Disappointed overall and requesting a refund.
