I didn't find the house number

Excellent - a 5-star experience

Upon arriving at the parking place a jobsworth parking officer appeared out of nowhere. He was always polite and did not waver in his comment that if we parked there he would give us a ticket if we had not got a voucher. We telephoned the number on the booking to get an unobtainable number comment.Six times.The Jobsworth even looked for us round the back of the building but persisted that he would give us a ticket if we parked at the front. I have Cancer and am in a wheelchair where we were going for dinner was not close either. So instead of a fair walk we had to got to the Apex and walk a long walk/push. I do not blame you or the owner but feel that we should have had the phone answered as we were offered. Won't be using again am afraid.

Al went fine except a friend of the owner was just parking in the space as we arrived. Had we been a few minutes later there would have been a real problem as the owner lives down the street and we did not have her home address. The friend moved but did not know the space was let out

Happy with the service. Would certainly use again.

Excellent location central to main shopping areas. Hope to use again in the future.
