The pay machines weren't working properly and it was taking about 15 minutes per person (and a heap of good luck) to get their space paid. I ended up having to use the phone number to call but the whole thing created huge queues and stress before a semi-final basketball game.

Terrible experience. I was issued a parking ticket for £100 for 'No Parking Outside of a Designated Area'.
This was my first time attending the ‘Goals’ football facility with my family, and first-time parking in this car park. On the gravel where cars are invited to park there were/are no white lines on the gravel itself to delineate any defined spaces for the cars.
From the photographic evidence provided by the ticket company CPM I acknowledge there were very small white marks on the raised concrete before the gravel. However, these are so small I did not see them, and I feel it is wholly unreasonable to issue tickets of such expense when the parking spaces have not been effectively marked on the gravel.
Obviously, if the parking spaces had been marked on the gravel where the car is to be parked, like anyone else I would have parked within the lines. There are no clearly visible lines on the gravel, so how can you reasonably expect people to park within such vaguely set boundaries.
It seems this is an unfair and overly aggressive issuance of a fine to people attending a family event.
This needs to be sorted because other people were getting tickets and complaining.

Didn't realise pay for parking was brought in to WISE now so was a bit of a shock but the process was easy using the app
