hello, the code did not work and there was a sign on the gate saying unauthorised vehicles would be fined for parking on the site. could I have a refund please as I did not get the chance to use the space

The space was great, wide enough for my car. No worries about others opening their doors and hitting mine. I did feel a little uncomfortable about leaving my car as the gate doesn't seem to be working, so it is open all day, but my car was in the same condition I left it in when I returned. I would use this space again.

Car park was easy to find and instructions were simple and clear. Only downside was someone had parked directly in front of the space so it was a little tricky squeezing in and out of the space.

Really good, the car will be super safe. The only downside is that there is a wall right in front, and (not sure if that is always there) but a large van parking next to the slot makes it somewhat inconvenient to park, at least comfortably.
