Car park was a nightmare to get round, too tight and curbs too high and the lifts/ stairs stunk

Part of the entrance was coned off, when entering there were very high kerbs which was extremely difficult to drive through without damaging alloys, I left the car park the next morning and didn't return, choosing to park somewhere else

The only query I haven't really sorted is how you can find Blue Badge/Disability Places.

The instructions weren’t clear and when the pin did come through it was after we got to the car park and had to pay TWICE and will not give us a refund!!

Weren't sure if we were going to find a space as car park was very busy. Eventually found spaces on the upper floors. Surprised there isn't a designated zone for pre booked parking.
