Very good parking space

Apart for building works making the car park more difficult to find. It was cheap and safe. I would look to use again in the future.

JustPark is a disgrace. I have used this place many times over the last two years and thought it was great until recently. The JustPark system is clearly broken yet they still take bookings knowing that people cannot actually get in. On 20th May, I had the same problem as everyone else. I had an active booking but the app said it could not find my session. Waited 20 mins for someone to let me in (ie. another driver who had access) Was late for work. Hourly paid so lost money. Customer Services open at 08:00 and this was 07:05. Rang them in great annoyance after 8. They gave me an overriding code and claimed they would send a message to the carpark owner regarding the problem. Took time out of my day (lost money again) mid-afternoon to ensure that it worked as I was not due to finish work until 22:45 and did not want to be stranded. Next day, still could not get in despite a fresh booking. Did not realise (why should I?) that the code I had been given the day before was a constant override so ended up parking elsewhere, further from where I needed to be, more expensive and was late again. Again lost money. Against my better judgement booked this morning for a session later today. App still does not work but the overriding code I have does work. Managed to get in with the old code. Just Park’s email customer service is clearly AI and is so frustrating. I note others have also been late for work, missed appointments or connections. Seems almost fraudulent booking spaces where there is no access unless you know the overriding code, the shutter is already up or Customer Services is open. Given my hours of work are outside of 8am- 8pm this does not suit me!

Code didn't work for the second time running.

Gate would not open. Needed to call customer service which was inconvenient

couldn't get in at all so had to go to elsewhere. waiting on a refund. both app and physical code didn't work. also hard to find due to building works, entrance blocked.

Total rubbish. The barrier would not open to let me in. I tried using the PIN and the ‘open barrier’ feature on the app. Neither worked. I missed my coach to London which ruined the day. No help from Just Park as the help desk did not open until an hour and a half after my bus left. Absolute disgrace.

Parking space was great but remote barrier open button didn't work and neither did keypad number. No answer from JustPark customer services. luckily another driver opened the barrier for me.

Booking easy and directions were excellent. But the access code didn't work -which someone else had trouble with - so I had to wait for someone else to let me in
