It was fast, safe & secure

So disappointed, when we got to Bristol the car park wasn’t open so we could not park there & had to find alternative parking which was very stressful, it cost me £25, & made us 20 minutes late for our appointment.

Good place to park but the entrance is hidden not easy to find

Online booking system was seamless and easy to use. Prices were reasonable. However, our park experience was less than ideal. Took us 3 attempts to find the entrance to parking due to building work masking entrance and access to the parking was difficult as keypad entry code would not work and caretaking staff had to let us in.

All round great service

I understand other reviews saying about it's hard to navigate when there are a lot of construction in the way, I've never had any problems. Easy to find - barrier opens when pressed on the app. Many car parking spaces available for just park. Only issue I've had is getting out when construction is going on. Have to wait until someone closes the gate slightly to exit. Other than that - I will keep booking.

The parking code did not work and Just park took too long to answer my phone call. Thankfully people working on site could open for me

There were only 2 spaces near a wall left which both had to be reversed into with very little turning space. The floor opposite the space had been recently painted and we had to move bins and a piece of wood to make the space big enough to manoeuvre. It was very cramped to get in and out of the car and access the boot.

Very close to our Hotel, security key pad entrance with roller shutter, clean generous parking bays.

Really easy to use, good instructions, very happy with my parking experience
